What will you be doing as a Salesforce Project Manager?

As Salesforce Project Manager you will ensure a successful implementation of the Salesforce platform for our customers. You are present during the entire process (from analysis to delivery) and ensure that everything is in line with the predetermined scope, time and budget.

You will manage the team of technical and business consultants. You will be responsible for the planning, both in terms of content and of the project members;
You will also prepare and manage the budget;
You put your shoulders under the follow-up of the project;
You maintain a clear overview of the various phases of the project and ensure correct implementation of the agreed scope;
Finally, you act as a trusted advisor for clients. You will guide and advise them throughout the entire project.

We have hubs in our delaware offices in Ghent and Lummen. You can choose to work at the office or work from home and make the occasional trip to one of our customers. You’ll experience the flexibility, drive and excitement of an upcoming offering within delaware, while also enjoying all the support and stability of an international consultancy firm.Bottom of Form

Within the position of Salesforce Project Manager we are looking for the following person:

Preferably you have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within a CRM/ERP software environment. If you have a strong experience in Salesforce and aspire to a position as Project Manager you are also eligible. We're waving with numbers here, but just reach out to us if you feel you're up to the task!
Project management certifications such as Prince II, IMPA, PMP... are a nice plus;
You're proactive and entrepreneurial. You rarely encounter surprises due to your sublime planning skills.
Your talent for communication and assertiveness will come in very useful since you know how to ask all the right questions. After all, you can’t find the right solution unless you know your customer(s) inside out.
You can express yourself well in English and Dutch? Great! This is important to communicate with your colleagues and clients. Knowledge of French is a bonus.
