Information Management Internship

We are looking for internships during the academic year 2026 - 2027.

Information only becomes valuable when people can actually use it.
As an Information Management (EIM) Intern, you support our Enterprise Information Management team in helping organizations manage their documents and data in a smarter and more structured way. During this summer internship, you will gain practical experience in information management projects and learn how organizations move towards more efficient, paperless processes.

You work closely with experienced consultants and gradually learn how information flows can be translated into practical, working solutions.

What will you be doing?

As an EIM Intern, you support consultants in managing information throughout its lifecycle. Together with the team, you contribute to the design and implementation of information management solutions based on OpenText technologies.

You may get exposure to one or more of the following areas:

Content management

  • Support teams in organizing and structuring digital documents
  • Assist in setting up document structures, access rights and basic workflows
  • Help translate business needs into practical system configurations

Output management

  • Support projects that streamline communication such as invoices or customer letters
  • Assist in working with data from systems such as SAP
  • Help test and validate automated documents and layouts

Archiving

  • Support solutions that store information safely and efficiently for long‑term use
  • Assist in archiving data that needs to remain accessible without impacting operational systems

Across projects, you will:

  • Help analyse information flows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support functional and technical documentation
  • Assist with configuration, testing and implementation tasks
  • Participate in workshops, team meetings and customer interactions
  • Learn how enterprise information management projects are delivered in practice

You will work with a variety of customers, including larger organizations in both the public and private sector, while being guided by experienced colleagues.

Who are we?

We are a team of information management specialists who help organizations work smarter by managing information in a structured and sustainable way. Our focus is on OpenText solutions covering content management, output management and archiving.

Within the team, collaboration and knowledge sharing come naturally. As an intern, you will be guided closely and given the space to learn, ask questions and grow in a supportive and inclusive environment.
