What will you be doing?
As a Senior Information Management Consultant, you help organizations manage their information throughout its lifecycle. Together with your customers, you design and implement solutions based on OpenText technologies.
You’ll typically work in one or more of these areas:
Content management
You help teams work together efficiently on shared documents. You design document structures, define access rights and workflows, and make sure information is easy to find and use. You translate business requirements into practical system configurations.
Output management
You help customers streamline communication such as invoices or customer letters. You work with data from systems like SAP and design automated documents with the right content and layout. You ensure documents are generated and delivered automatically through digital channels or printing partners.
Archiving
You design solutions that store information safely and efficiently for the long term. You help customers archive data that must remain accessible but should no longer impact operational systems, often in cloud or integrated environments.
Across projects, you:
- Analyse information flows and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate customer needs into functional and technical designs
- Configure and implement solutions together with your team
- Lead workshops and guide customers during implementation
- Support pre-sales activities with your expertise
- Take ownership of projects or project streams
- Coach junior colleagues and share your experience
You’ll work with a variety of customers, including large organizations in both the public and private sector. Projects vary in size and complexity, which keeps your work interesting and challenging.
