What will you be doing?

  • Together with the customer, you’ll find the best solutions to cover their end-to-end financial and operational processes.
  • First, you’ll set up a prototype of the customers’ key processes in the Microsoft Business Central system. Then, you’ll help users to get the most out of their new environment, by supporting them through the different phases of the implementation, up until the go-live. Once live, you’ll provide after-care support.
  • By implementing Microsoft Business Central, you’ll allow our customers, mid-size companies, to focus on what matters – making them unique within their given market.
  • Microsoft Business Central implementations follow a fit-to-standard approach and have a more limited project duration between 4 – 12 months,. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, each with a shorter lead time. 
  • The communicative consultant you are, you support our Sales colleagues in various presales projects
  • Experienced in project management or interested in a deep dive? There are plenty of opportunities to demonstrate or build these skills.

delaware has its offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Kortrijk, Lummen, Wavre and Liège.   • A good practical knowledge on finance and controlling processes, e.g. as an ERP implementation consultant, preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft Business Central or Navision

  • Excellent communication skills, regardless of whether your audience is customer or colleague?

  • Figuring out the customer’s needs and documenting them
  • Setting up the configuration of the tooling
  • Performing unit testing & integration testing
  • Conducting key user workshop

Become the key financial ERP resource for clients

As a Financial Service Consultant at delaware, you’ll work on the financial processes for our Dynamics 365 F&O customers. Your strong knowledge of ERP systems combined with an analytical mind are definitely of good use here.

Even if you have a background in a different ERP-system – we know from experience that your know-how will be easily translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware. 

What will your role be as a Financial Service Consultant?
Your aim is to build long term relationships with the customers by providing solutions through ERP implementation. 
 
The type of tasks to expect are: 

●    receiving and analysing incoming issues on financial processes (month-end closing, legal reporting, …)
●    getting to the bottom of errors
●    handling service requests
●    collaborating with your technical colleagues
●    Prepare and provide trainings of financial flows
