We are looking for Data & AI interns during the academic year 2026 - 2027.

Data only becomes valuable when people can actually use it.
As a Data & AI Intern, you support our Data & AI team in helping organizations turn raw, scattered data into structured, reliable insights. During this internship, you will gain practical experience in data and AI projects and learn how organizations move towards more data-driven decision making.

You work closely with experienced consultants and gradually learn how data flows can be translated into practical, working solutions.

What will you be doing?

As a Data & AI Intern, you support consultants across the data lifecycle. Together with the team, you contribute to the design and implementation of data solutions based on modern platforms such as Databricks, SAP, and Microsoft Azure.

You may get exposure to one or more of the following areas:

Data capturing and integration

  • Support teams in extracting and bringing together structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (ETL processes)
  • Assist in building and testing data pipelines
  • Help translate business needs into practical data models

Data and information management

  • Support projects around data architecture, governance, and quality
  • Assist in structuring and enriching data so it stays accurate and usable

Analytics and AI

  • Support projects that turn data into insights, from reporting to predictive and generative AI use cases
  • Assist in exploring and testing AI models and use cases

Visualization

  • Support the setup of interactive reports and dashboards
  • Help ensure data is presented clearly, both in content and design

Across projects, you will:

  • Help analyse data flows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support functional and technical documentation
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation tasks
  • Participate in workshops, team meetings, and customer interactions
  • Learn how data and AI projects are delivered in practice

We are a team of data and AI specialists who help organizations work smarter by turning data into structured, actionable insight. Our focus spans data engineering, data management, analytics, and AI, on platforms such as Databricks, SAP, and Microsoft.

Within the team, collaboration and knowledge sharing come naturally. As an intern, you will be guided closely and given the space to learn, ask questions, and grow in a supportive and inclusive environment.

You enjoy bringing structure to data and are curious about how organizations turn information into decisions. You are eager to learn, take initiative, and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional consulting environment.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or similar)
  • You have a strong interest in data, AI, or enterprise systems
  • You are analytical, structured, and willing to learn
  • You are proactive and comfortable working in a team environment

Mandatory requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (must)
  • Valid driver's license (must)
  • Able and willing to work on-site in [Kortrijk, Ghent or Antwerp]
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Databricks, SAP, or similar technologies is a plus, but not required
