The hybrid future of the IT services provider

Apr 26, 2018

As the needs of their customers evolve, IT services companies must change along with them. The traditional gap between business and IT is gradually closing, and the modern CIO is becoming an internal consultant who talks business to his C-suite colleagues. IT services companies are following the same route, focusing less on technology for its own sake, and more on business challenges and how to help their customers become more efficient. At delaware, we recognize that these changes impact the way we organize our services, and influence which competencies we need to build. This is not something that can be done overnight, and requires reskilling people, hiring new profiles and making targeted acquisitions.
