House of HR transforms finance with AI-powered intelligence

As House of HR continued to grow across a pan-European Group managing multiple PowerHouses, financial and operational data became increasingly fragmented across different systems. Together, House of HR and delaware built a centralized financial data platform and introduced AI capabilities powered by Anthropic, enabling teams to access insights faster, reduce manual effort, and make better-informed decisions.

THE CHALLENGE

From fragmented data to faster financial decisions

As the organization continued to grow to over 200 entities across Europe, financial and operational data became distributed across various source systems and ERP platforms. This made it difficult to create a consistent view of performance across the group and provide decision-makers with timely, reliable insights. House of HR needed a way to centralize data, streamline financial processes such as consolidation, planning, and forecasting, and make trusted information more readily available throughout the organization.

For me, there are three prerequisites before you can apply any form of intelligence, whether human or artificial: structured data, the tools to manage that data, and easy access to it. delaware helped us establish all three by building our financial data platform, integrating key finance solutions, and creating access to the data. As a result, I can simply ask Claude to analyze our financial information and generate insights, helping us bring intelligence into finance in a structured and scalable way.

THE SOLUTION

Building a finance platform powered by Anthropic

The journey started with the implementation of a centralized data platform that brought together data from multiple source systems and ERP solutions. On top of this foundation, House of HR and delaware implemented financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and forecasting capabilities. Maxime Mylle, Head of Treasury at House of HR: "For me there are three prerequisites before you can apply any form of intelligence, whether human or artificial. First is structured data, second is the tools to create and manage that structured data, and third is creating access to this structured data."

Once data was consistently available and governed, the organization expanded beyond traditional reporting by introducing AI capabilities powered by Anthropic. Combined with semantic models and business logic, the solution enables users to interact directly with their financial data, automatically generate highlights and analyses, and access relevant recommendations without relying solely on static reports.

THE IMPACT

From reporting to proactive finance

The centralized finance platform has become a strategic asset for House of HR. By bringing together data from multiple systems and entities, finance teams now have faster access to consistent and trusted information. This reduces the time spent gathering, validating, and interpreting data, allowing teams to spend less time preparing information and more time supporting business decisions.

With Anthropic-powered AI capabilities integrated into the platform, users can automatically generate highlights, identify trends, detect anomalies, and explore business performance through natural interactions with their data. Instead of relying solely on static reports, decision-makers can access relevant insights when they need them and act more proactively. Maxime confirms: "With this setup, I can just pick up my phone and ask Claude for an analysis on all our data, bringing intelligence in an efficient and structured way, and enabling us to build a real independent finance agent."

The platform has already been rolled out across multiple entities within the group and creates opportunities to extend AI-driven insights beyond finance into areas such as operations and sustainability. By combining a strong data foundation with advanced AI capabilities, House of HR is enabling a smarter, more data-driven way of working and laying the groundwork for increasingly automated finance processes in the future.

House of HR

The Group is organized in a decentralized model around 10 PowerHouses and more than 40 Boutiques, active in two segments: Engineering & Consulting and Specialized Talent Solutions. To support that growth and entrepreneurial structure, House of HR partnered with delaware to build a centralized finance data platform. What began as a data and reporting transformation grew into an AI-powered finance initiative that democratizes access to insights and supports faster, better-informed decisions across the business.
