The Sequence Planning tool supports work scheduling to sequence planned orders with the objective to reduce make-ready and change-over times within product families:
The solution supports combined slitting scenarios on SKU and SFG level based on MTO manufactured SFG rolls or preproduced SFG rolls with the need to manage side-cuts (co-products). The combinations can also contain MTO and MTS products. The tool integrates with the delaware FAST Roll Management Cockpit for the selction of MTS stock rolls.
