delaware Belux invests in the future and welcomes 85 new starters

Sep 03, 2025

On September 1, 85 junior consultants began their careers at delaware by participating in a four-week Analyst Bootcamp. Each newcomer also receives an electric company car , the Toyota bZ4X, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.  At a time when many organizations are scaling back, delaware continues to invest confidently in the next generation, which highlights its belief in long-term growth and in building sustainable careers for young talent.

A launchpad for success

The Analyst Bootcamp has a proven track record of successfully onboarding our junior consultants and is designed to get to know delaware, build essential consulting skills and connect with fellow starters and our leadership.

The four-week program begins by introducing participants to delaware’s culture, values, business processes, and essential consulting skills – ranging from project management to cybersecurity and how AI can boost their performance. Weeks two and three deliver role-specific training, while the final week features an engaging business simulation or mini-project and presenting their findings to a jury of senior leadership.

Beyond the bootcamp, participants benefit from follow-up comeback days with interactive customer-focused sessions. "With this elaborate program, we offer junior talent the skills, tools & confidence to take ownership of their career path. No matter where their path leads within delaware, continuous growth and development remain at the core of the employee experience," says Stephanie Callebaut, Learning Expert at delaware Belux.

Sustainability meets innovation

Reaffirming its sustainability goals and partnership with Toyota, delaware is offering each starter a Toyota bZ4X. With a sleek design, spacious interior, advanced safety systems, and a high-performance battery, this EV offers both comfort and reliability.

“We’re proud to renew our partnership with delaware,” says Steve Nys, Head of Business Sales at Toyota Belgium. “The renewal reflects the stakeholders’ satisfaction with the product, the service, and their support for a greener future.”

“This is Toyota’s first fully electric vehicle, but their proven battery expertise gave us complete confidence,” says Pieter Sanders, Fleet & Facility Manager at delaware Belux. “Leased through Kinto, these cars support our journey toward a fully electric fleet, which began in 2020. In March 2025, we added our 1,275th electric car, bringing the share of fully electric vehicles in our company fleet to 80%. It also reduced our average CO₂ emissions to just 20 grams.”

Investing in talent

“In a time where many organizations scale back, delaware remains resolute in investing in the next generation,” says Jan De Bock, Managing Director at delaware Belux. “Welcoming 85 juniors is a testament to our belief in long-term growth for our organization and offering sustainable careers to young talent.”
