You have plenty of experience writing code for CRM solutions, and can prove your coding skills for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution.

You have the commercial insight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, understand their reality and translate the functional blueprint into a technical architecture or solution. As a mature, technically skilled developer, your stay involved and engaged throughout the project implementation cycle, even after the go-live.

You are ambitious, flexible and eager to take on a varied range of projects, with topics as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Portals, ERP integrations and Business Intelligence to name but a few. You are keen on growing and diversifying your architectural skills by designing integrations with other solutions.

You like to prove yourself as a great team player by supporting your Sales colleagues during the presales process, contributing to the rapid growth of our team. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field.

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation to a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. Our mission is to keep digging until we find the solution that perfectly meets the needs of our customer.

When you join the Dynamics Customer Engagement team of delaware, you don’t just join a team, you join a family. We are a tight-knit bunch of more than 40 unique and supportive friends, who go the extra mile for each other, both professionally and personally. Within our team you have the potential to grow towards solution architect or project manager for large, internal and cross-software implementations.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Wavre, and Liège, but we also spend a lot of time working on-site with our customers, wherever they are based.

have more than 4 years of experience in CRM, with at least 1 year of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement;
are experienced with model driven apps, have basic knowledge of canvas apps and can you work fluently with C# & JavaScript;
have good knowledge of several Azure Components (such as Logic-Apps, App registrations, KeyVault, and Azure Functions);
have an understanding of the general Microsoft solutions and how they can work together;
are you a strong communicator, both in Dutch or French & English;
