You have a passion for solution design and want to engineer innovative solutions together with our customers, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement stack. You have the capability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, to challenge and inspire them. To achieve this you combine technical and functional knowledge. You can move your customers to adopt best practice, to think in terms of end-to-end processes and to build a sustainable reference architecture (scalable, maintainable and performant). During the implementation phase you stay involved in projects and guide the implementation team.

You will be involved in delaware innovation initiatives, meaning you’ll collaborate with colleagues specialized in Azure, D365 ERP, Microsoft Teams, … to design integrated solutions. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less-experienced colleagues.

What will you do?

Your goal is to design a well thought out and robust backbone for our applications built on the CE platform. Together with the development team and our business consultants, you will be involved in the functional and technical analysis of our projects to create the architecture.

You will be responsible for performing analysis on the customer's business needs and processes
As a Dynamics CE Architect, you will be involved in the development and delivery of the project
You will also be responsible for the release management of your projects and the final quality being delivered

You can choose to work at the office or work from home and make the occasional trip to one of our customers. You’ll experience the flexibility, drive and excitement of an upcoming offering within delaware, while also enjoying all the support and stability of an international consultancy firm.

With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. This means we work in a true project mode, so you’ll have plenty of variation.
The team consists of 40 professionals, each with their own strengths and knowledge. A great mix between technical and functional people, who work closely together.

are willing to meet with possible customers during pre-sales conversations;
