The Digital Workplace team at delaware is looking for a functional enterprise architect who sees the bigger picture. Someone who does not just take requirements, but challenges them. You will be the strategic counterweight to our technical lead: if they ask "can we build it?", you ask "should we build it?" and "does it fit?"

We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents and intelligent automation.

What will you be doing?

Act as the functional counterpart to our technical AI lead: challenge, complement, and co create
Analyze how AI solutions fit (or do not fit) within client enterprise architectures and operating models
Conduct workshops : understand the real problem before anyone starts building
Challenge requirements: when a client asks for X, determine if X is actually what they need
Translate business needs into functional specifications that technical teams can execute
Manage product backlogs and delivery priorities when embedded in project teams
Facilitate alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and C level decision makers
Identify where AI adds value, and where it does not (saying "no" is part of the job)
Share knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings

Is there a match?

Must have:

5+ years in functional analysis, business architecture, or enterprise architecture in B2B contexts
Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, business, and C level)
Ability to think in systems, not features: you see how pieces connect
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Formal Product Owner experience (Scrum, SAFe)
Exposure to AI or automation projects
Background in enterprise integration, process optimization, or digital transformation

Technical Lead D365 FSCM

You’ll take the technical lead in our D365 FSCM cloud projects. You’ll be responsible for what the team designs and builds and advice and inform customers about all the technical aspects during the project life cycle. You proactively suggest ideas for possible extra functionalities and technological solutions. This will also be the case internally, and you’ll grow into the role of technical advisor and lead expert over time.

At delaware, our (technical) development and functional teams don’t operate separately from each other, either physically or professionally, so you’ll collaborate closely with our functional team, actively following progress and remaining close to the solution, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.

You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvement by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across various industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…)..
