You have plenty of experience writing code for CRM solutions, and can prove your coding skills for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution.

You have the commercial insight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, understand their reality and translate the functional blueprint into a technical architecture or solution. As a mature, technically skilled developer, your stay involved and engaged throughout the project implementation cycle, even after the go-live.

You are ambitious, flexible and eager to take on a varied range of projects, with topics as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Portals, ERP integrations and Business Intelligence to name but a few. We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation to a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. Our mission is to keep digging until we find the solution that perfectly meets the needs of our customer.

Within our team you have the potential to grow towards solution architect or project manager for large, internal and cross-software implementations.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, Luxembourg and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working on-site with our customers, wherever they are based.

Junior Finance & IT Consultant

"In my current project at Yusen Logistics, we are implementing the SAP ERP system for all day-to-day finance processes. As a business analyst, I am in charge of the system’s validation tests, making sure that all the flows are working correctly. For example, checking if an invoice is going to the right party after activating this step. Another part of my job is to configure the system based on the customer's needs and give trainings to explain how the ERP works. Every day, I learn about new features since ERP systems are full of possibilities!" – Sébastien Belloso

Like Sébastien, you’ll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT side of our projects. Now what does that mean exactly? A project from A to Z typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing out all processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play; you’ll be putting these processes into a software package and will translate business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll give the customer trainings on how to use the new system.
