Junior Finance & IT Consultant (September 2024)

SAP, finance, no experience, consultant
Luxemburg

Please note we currently have no open positions left for an indefinite period of time.

"In my current project at Yusen Logistics, we are implementing the SAP ERP system for all day-to-day finance processes. As a business analyst, I am in charge of the system’s validation tests, making sure that all the flows are working correctly. For example, checking if an invoice is going to the right party after activating this step. Another part of my job is to configure the system based on the customer's needs and give trainings to explain how the ERP works. Every day, I learn about new features since ERP systems are full of possibilities!" – Sébastien Belloso

Like Sébastien, you’ll be working as a functional consultant, straddling the business and IT side of our projects. Now what does that mean exactly? A project from A to Z typically goes a bit like this: first, you visit the customer and organize workshops to analyze their way of working. Based on that information, you create blueprints, drawing out all processes and suggesting optimizations. Then the IT part comes into play; you’ll be putting these processes into a software package and will translate business requirements into technical specifications for our developers (who will do the coding). After testing whether everything works properly, you’ll give the customer trainings on how to use the new system.

Prepare yourself for an interesting journey in Finance & Business Controlling, working on exciting projects for a broad range of companies and industries!
