Delivering tomorrow today. Together.

delaware has been on a successful and impressive growth track over the past 15 years. Today, delaware is the proud employer of over 2,000 people of 32 nationalities in 24 regional offices, spread over 12 countries.

“Our growth impacts our need for more senior leadership,” says Patrick Andersen, Managing Director of delaware Belux. “We want to stay close to our people and to our clients. A proximity we are recognized for and which makes us delaware.”

delaware applies its own sustainable business model, consciously designed to last at least 150 years. “We strongly believe in both our people and the future of our company. We are convinced that our future leaders are already among us,” Andersen continued. “Together with their teams, they drive our clients’ success, shaping them to stand out today and preparing them for tomorrow. So we are very delighted to announce that today we can again strengthen our leadership with the best talents we have in the company, to ensure our continued success.”

“Contributing to the positive future of this company, making sure we stay true to our core values, and remaining the unique people-centric and customer-centric company we are today, in the challenging environment of tomorrow.” Bart Van Kerkhoven.

“To be able to give our people the vision, the career opportunities and the great place to work that delaware has offered me.” Folker Lamote.
