delaware Belux announces the expansion of its partnership with Nicolas Maes and Kenny Decorte. Both have been long-standing members of the company’s senior leadership team and have played a key role in strengthening delaware’s end-to-end capabilities, industry expertise, and sustainable client relationships. Their promotion underscores delaware’s ambition to continue growing as a trusted partner in complex business transformations.

From ERP transformations to industry-focused leadership 

Nicolas Maes began his career at delaware in 2007, initially focusing on ERP solutions for internal and logistics processes. Over the years, he developed a strong expertise in project management and solution architecture. Nicolas played a key role in delaware’s evolution from traditional ERP consulting to comprehensive supply chain and operations transformations for Belgian and international clients. 

Today, Nicolas leads the Consumer Business domain. He translates in-depth knowledge of the food industry, retail, and wholesale into concrete, value-driven projects – enabling clients to grow by turning industry insights into scalable solutions.

Partner for large-scale transformation

Kenny Decorte joined delaware in 2008 as part of the Microsoft BI team, where he guided clients through their data and analytics journeys. He was instrumental in building delaware’s Data & Analytics offering and contributed significantly to the growth of the broader Microsoft ecosystem within the organization. 


Today, Kenny leads the Microsoft Platform unit, a team of 270 consultants supporting clients in developing end‑to‑end solutions across the broader Microsoft Azure ecosystem. In 2026, he aims to strengthen the unit’s impact and accelerate further growth. Building on delaware’s long‑standing customer relationships, he wants to guide organizations as a true partner through complex, multi‑domain business transformations. He also highlights the importance of international collaboration with other delaware entities to achieve shared ambitions.
