First partnership in Singapore

As Totara’s first partner in Singapore, delaware will leverage the Totara platform to provide clients with learning and development solutions, which falls in line with the Singapore government’s overall agenda for workers to constantly upgrade their skills.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has also seen a surge in demand for online learning to replace traditional in-person lessons, making this the ideal time for delaware to join forces with Totara.

While delaware will focus on supporting the local Singapore market initially, Totara’s products will next be rolled out across the Southeast Asia region alongside the other global offices in Malaysia and the Philippines.
