“My current and past projects involve the development of customers’ network infrastructures on Azure, including hub-spoke architecture, virtual WAN (VWAN), network virtual appliances (NVA), virtual private network (VPN) tunnels, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). As an Azure DevOps engineer, I automate the set-up and management of the customer's cloud environment via infrastructure-as-code. Our end goal is to make everything more convenient, faster, and easier for the client.” — Sofia Valles

As a Junior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll take on the role of technical consultant, meaning that you’ll be supporting our projects from start to finish, from analysis to implementation and support.

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers. You’ll learn to understand their needs and come up with customized technological solutions that work for their business.

Our specializations

We have defined several key competencies in our team, and are looking for junior engineers in these areas. Each of these competencies is quite different.

Perhaps you’ll recognize yourself in one of these:

  • As a Security Consultant you’ll be involved in a variety of technologies and types of customer engagement, where your role will be to ensure we deliver a secure solution. Moreover you’ll be involved in the review and improvement of existing platforms and applications. Last but not least, you’ll be involved in the implementation of security products to monitor our customers’ security estate.
  • Or you are ambitious and eager to take on a varied range of projects on which you’ll either migrate existing infrastructures toward, or build new cloud-native applications on top of, Microsoft Azure. As a Microsoft Azure Consultant you’ll employ a DevOps methodology, focusing on reusability and automation. You are keen on growing and diversifying your DevOps engineering skills.
  • What about the Microsoft365 Consultant role? In this role you’ll typically operate in the digital workplace context of our clients. You’ll help them to become more efficient in their day-to-day operations by allowing them to work from anywhere at any time on any device. You’ll consolidate and split workplace environments following mergers and acquisitions.
  • Finally, when you hear the word “networking”, you immediately start thinking of routers, firewalls, and switches. But as we’re working more and more in the cloud, you’ll be expanding your Azure knowledge as well. As a Network Consultant, your focus will be on connecting people, applications, and edge devices. Without decent connectivity these cannot talk to each other. You’ll be involved in designing, building, and maintaining the proper network connectivity between all these elements.
