Luzid partnership accelerates end-to-end agentic AI delivery

Aug 27, 2026

delaware expands its agentic AI toolkit through a strategic partnership with Silicon Valley start-up Luzid. Built on more than 20 years of enterprise delivery experience, the collaboration strengthens delaware’s ability to deliver agentic AI solutions across SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and OpenText environments.

Organizations want the benefits of AI, but they also need quality, governance, and predictable results. That's why delaware sees agentic delivery as a practical evolution of how transformation programs are delivered, not as the next technology hype cycle.

Over the past two to three years, delaware has tested and refined this approach through customer programs. The result is a structured delivery model that combines AI agents, governance frameworks, proven methodologies, and selected partner technologies to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes. Within this broader approach, Luzid adds an important capability that complements delaware's own AI-powered delivery assets across multiple enterprise platforms.

For customers, the benefits are clear: greater standardization, stronger quality control, faster delivery, closer collaboration, and more predictable outcomes across global transformation programs.
Customers aren’t looking for AI hype, and they’re not looking to be sold a standalone tool. They’re looking for predictable outcomes, accountability, and confidence in delivery. What’s different about our approach is that we own the full delivery model. We have more than 20 years of enterprise delivery behind us, we’ve experimented honestly with AI on real customer projects, and we’re working with partners like Luzid because they reinforce and scale what we’re already doing for customers across ecosystems, not because they replace it. We’re not following the hype of the day; we’re building something sustainable for the long term.

We compare this evolution to autonomous vehicles with a safety driver. The technology is capable and already creating value, but human expertise, oversight, and governance remain essential. As organizations adopt new ways of working, people and technology need to evolve together.

As part of this strategy, delaware will embed agentic capabilities, including Luzid, across the entire delivery lifecycle. The first delaware-branded end-to-end process, Promar.ai, powered by Luzid, is being prepared ahead of enablement sessions starting in June 2026. It will demonstrate how a structured agentic approach can support customers from process design to implementation and ongoing operations across enterprise environments.
