Five new partners join the delaware leadership team

IT and management services provider delaware Belux welcomes four new partners to its senior leadership team: Evelien Vanhooren, Ben Vanhecke, Tim Vermeersch and Christoph Bogaerts. Veronique Derycke joins the delaware International leadership. Drawing upon their unique individual expertise and experience, these seasoned experts play a key role in realizing delaware’s mission: delivering advanced solutions and services to customers.

Evelien, Veronique, Ben, Tim and Christoph all boast many years of experience at delaware. Each of them has been vital to delaware’s growth and their contributions to the company’s success is only one of the many reasons they were invited to join the delaware partnership. In the years to come, they will further strengthen existing relationships with customers and business partners, and explore the opportunities that lie ahead.

Meet the new generation of delaware partners

  • Evelien Vanhooren started at delaware in 2005 with a focus on SAP solutions, and is delaware Belux’ first female partner. She focuses her efforts on finance, business controlling and compliance, and is committed to bringing efficiency and efficacy to CFO offices. One of Evelien’s key objectives is to be a true partner for delaware’s customers – from the start of each project until long after completion.
  • Ben Vanhecke joined the Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations team in 2014. He will remain a trusted advisor to his customers and assist them in managing their business and IT challenges. As partner for delaware Belux, he wants to grow the Dynamics practice internationally within delaware, make sure our projects and solutions allow customers to excel in their operations, and support the next generation of leaders in their growth and career path.
  • Tim Vermeersch joined delaware Belux in 2008 and focuses mainly on managing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Tim has extensive expertise in and experience with guiding customers throughout their digital transformation journeys, especially in the manufacturing industry. In addition, he’s committed to expanding the Microsoft footprint within delaware, both locally and globally, by building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Christoph Bogaerts has been with delaware Belux since 2004. Over the past few years, he and his team have developed delaware’s customer experience approach. Christoph specializes in customer engagement and commerce solutions for midsize and multinational companies in different sectors, such as food, chemicals, manufacturing, retail, utilities and professional services. His goal is to further refine delaware’s approach across different industries and strengthen the partnership with SAP.

Veronique Derycke joined delaware in 2004 as CFO. She became CFO for delaware International at its creation in 2011. As a partner for delaware International, her main goals include improving delaware’s Global Delivery Center and enhancing international collaboration between delaware’s entities.

Building the future in a fast-changing world

The world is constantly evolving and so is delaware. Over the past 19 years, the company has grown steadily and today employs more than 3,300 people across 29 regional offices in 14 countries. 

“Passing on our leadership to future generations is part of our foundation and key to our success,” says Jan De Bock, who took over at the helm of delaware Belux as Managing Director in January 2022. “This new generation of partners will add breadth of experience and perspective to our leadership. Together, we are committed to continue building our future in a fast-changing world.”
