Our colleagues volunteer for the Fund Isaan organization, a non-profit in Thailand. We install computer classes in rural schools and teach English classes in cooperation with the local teachers.

It’s part of who we are
Our identity, our personality, our DNA – whatever you may want to call it – is what makes delaware ‘delaware’. It is an overview of why we exist, what makes us different, how we conduct ourselves as an organization and the attributes we look for in our employees. This identity has become a living part of so many aspects of our day-to-day work, and it greatly influences our interactions with customers, colleagues and the environment.
In other words: We care. That is why Corporate Social Responsibility is so important to us. It is part of who we are.
How are we creating positive ripple effects?
By donating recycled laptops during the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve tried to help out the less privileged youngsters closer to home, so they have the necessary equipment to take part in online classes.
All proceeds from our Benefit Concerts went to Kom op tegen Kanker and Beautiful After Breast Cancer, two charities that focus on the research, prevention and treatment of (breast) cancer.
The #peopleofdelaware like to move! With our WeCare2Move initiative, we have collected more than €30,000 by walking, biking, hiking, rollerblading… you name it! Thanks to our support, the Belgian Food Banks could provide approximately 270.000 meals to people who need it the most.
Additional proceeds from our WeCare2Move initiative went to the Kinderkankerfonds (which supports children who suffer from cancer) and to non-profit organization Zorg-Saam, a group of residential care centers for the elderly. With our donations, Zorg-Saam bought videophones, to make sure every resident can connect with their loved ones.
Every year, delaware is present at many job fairs to attract new talents to join the #peopleofdelaware. Instead of spending money on gadgets, we decided to take on a different, more sustainable approach.
Today, our dream stands stronger than ever. At delaware, we launch plenty of initiatives to motivate and inspire our employees to be the best possible versions of themselves.

We are motivated to continue our work towards sustainability. We truly believe that everybody at delaware can contribute. But we’re only just getting started!
