Delaware Consulting acquires Across Technology

Across Technology was established by technology disruption guru Peter Hinssen in 2009. The company’s consultancy activities are primarily aimed at establishing a sustainable connection between employees, technologies and the client’s mission. Across Technology’s focus is on advising the CEO and key supportive roles, such as the CIO, HR Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. Last year, Across Technology acquired Engenia Consulting to get a stronger foothold in the field of HR. Across Technology is organized into two departments, Transformation and Communications, and has 15 employees. The services offered cover strategic support, integrated transformation management, change management, content marketing and internal (change) communication.

The acquisition takes effect immediately and all staff members of Across Technology will be retained by Delaware Consulting. 

Across co-founder Peter Hinssen will serve as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Delaware Consulting International.
