delaware and Aztalan reached an agreement under which delaware will acquire Aztalan. For 5 years, Aztalan has been specializing in consulting, implementation and development of business management solutions for small and midsize businesses with a focus on professional service organizations. For delaware, this acquisition will result in a considerable expansion of the expertise and position in the market.

Complementary technologies

The last few years, delaware is growing fast and is constantly looking for new ways to expand its SAP portfolio. With the acquisition of Aztalan, delaware reinforces its capability to SAP Cloud ERP offerings. Philippe Heynderickx, former CEO Aztalan: "We do think that with our expertise we can uplift the position of both parties in the Cloud market."
