Microsoft partner delaware renews Azure Expert MSP certification

To reflect the changing needs of its customers and enable partners to set themselves apart from competition, Microsoft has renewed its partnership program. It now includes six single-tier solution partner designations: Infrastructure, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation, Modern Work, Security and Business Applications. To obtain a designation, partners must score 70 points of 100 across three dimensions: performance, skilling, and customer success. 

Six designations

The delaware team, headed by Microsoft Alliance Lead Nick Thienpondt, managed to obtain all six designations. Nick: “This clearly demonstrates the breadth of our capabilities in each solution area. Even more importantly: it highlights our ability to scale to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs and help them thrive in today’s new world of work.” 

Azure Expert MSP specialisation

In addition, delaware also renewed its Azure Expert MSP specialisation: the highest possible Azure-related distinction for Microsoft Partners. The certification is obtained through a rigorous two-day full-company audit. Among the aspects investigated are the vision of delaware’s partners, its marketing and HR efforts, and the efficiency and performance of its service organisation.

Ambitious agenda

After more than 16 years, the Microsoft-delaware partnership shows no signs of slowing down. In the last year alone, delaware has successfully implemented Microsoft solutions at major enterprises like Bekaert, Johcn Cockerill, DEME, and many more. The renewed partner certification also serves as the foundation for the global expansion of delaware’s Microsoft competencies, with projects in The Netherlands, France, UK and Luxembourg well underway.
