We are proud to announce the appointment of our new Managing Director and Management Committee at delaware International. Together, they will lead us in achieving our vision of building a sustainable, long-term company.

At delaware, our goal is to build a company that will thrive for at least 150 years, benefiting generations to come. This ambitious vision drives all our actions, including our practice of rotating senior leadership every 5 to 6 years to infuse new talent and fresh perspectives.

We are thrilled to announce that Ian Greenhalgh will assume the role of Managing Director for delaware International, effective January 1, 2025. Ian brings extensive experience from his leadership roles at HCL AXON, where he successfully launched their US business unit, and from his role as a partner and managing director at delaware UK since 2016.

A new Management Committee

With Ian’s appointment, we are also introducing a new Management Committee for delaware International. This diverse and balanced team brings a wealth of experience, skills, and perspectives, ensuring delaware’s continued growth and success for future generations.

Effective January 1, 2025, the new Management Committee will include:

  • Fabio Carneiro, Partner, delaware Brazil
  • Pei Lin Yeo, Partner and Country Managing Director, delaware Singapore
  • Pete King, Partner, delaware North America
  • Jan De Bock, Partner and Country Managing Director, delaware Belgium
  • Veronique Derycke, Partner and Chief Financial Officer, delaware International

Patrick Andersen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of delaware International, comments: “Appointing a new management team alongside our new Managing Director, underscores our commitment to our dream to create a company for the long term, which we hand over from generation to generation. I am confident that this new and strong leadership will build on the solid foundations laid by their predecessors.”

Our new Managing Director and Management Committee will guide us through the next five years, implementing and delivering our new strategy.
