At delaware, we are expanding our footprint within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), with a strong focus on the Luxembourg market. Luxembourg offers a unique ecosystem of banks, asset managers, insurers and capital market players.

We’re looking for a Business Developer who knows how to open doors, build trust and grow business. Someone who combines a strong network in Luxembourg with a genuine interest in financial services and digital transformation.

You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in banking and capital markets, helping our clients navigate challenges around compliance, customer experience, and digitalization.

What will you be doing?

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for developing and growing our FSI business in Luxembourg.

You build and expand our presence in the Luxembourg financial services market, with a focus on banking and capital markets
You open doors at key accounts (banks, asset managers, insurers, fintechs…) and create new business opportunities
You translate market needs (e.g. regulatory pressure, customer experience, real-time data) into concrete business opportunities
You work closely with our internal experts and delivery teams (including FSI leads and subject matter experts like Benjamin) to shape compelling solutions
You manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closing and long-term account development
You stay on top of key industry trends such as compliance management, sustainable finance, and customer-centric transformation

Is there a match?

We’re looking for someone who combines business development skills with a strong understanding of the Luxembourg FSI landscape.

You have 7+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within Financial Services (consulting or services environment is a plus)
You bring an active network within the Luxembourg market, ideally in banking, asset management or capital markets
You understand key industry challenges such as compliance, regulation, digitalization and customer experience
You are entrepreneurial: you like building something, opening new doors and growing a market
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder
You are fluent in French and English
