Today, Eandis is already working with an SAP ERP system, but its current solution is aging and has seen a lot of customizations. By switching to S/4HANA, which has been designed on basis of the most modern technologies, Eandis wants to leverage a competitive solution with pre-integrated best practices. In this way, applications can be delivered to the business faster, with a higher quality and at lower costs.
delaware also took into account Eandis’s need for a strongly reduced complexity of its application landscape, and prioritized a thorough integration approach. The ERP, EAM and GIS solutions offered by delaware will be completely integrated with one another by the S/4HANA platform. In addition, Eandis and delaware teams will make sure all data will be accessible through a Mobile Application Development Platform (MADP) based on the Microsoft Azure framework. This platform will be set up to be futureproof, and will allow Eandis to remain innovative in a fast-paced energy landscape marked by advanced digitalization.
