Notice on the collection and processing of your personal data for the recruiting process:

By applying to a vacancy at Delaware Consulting CVBA, you authorize us to collect your personal data and to use it for the purposes of a recruiting process and all hiring procedures.

We will collect and process the following data:

  • Surname
  • first name(s)
  • age
  • postal address
  • email address
  • former position(s) and/or current position

hereafter referred to as your “personal data”.

These personal data will be used to contact you and process your application.

Your personal data are only processed on the basis of your prior unambiguous consent. If you do not provide your consent, your personal data will be deleted from all our databases. Please note that if we do not receive your consent that you cancel the application process.

We remind you that for the processing of your personal data and in alignment with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May, 2018 (hereafter referred to as GDPR), you have can exercise following rights:

  • You are entitled to ask for a copy of the personal data that we obtain
  • You are entitled to ask for a correction of your personal data
  • You are entitled to ask for erasure of your personal data
  • You are entitled to withdraw your consent any time

For the purposes of these provisions, your personal data may be retained by Delaware Consulting for a maximum period of 12 months. Upon expiry of this period, you will receive an e-mail asking you to choose if you want your data to be kept in the system for a longer time or if you want your personal data to be removed from the system. If you do not respond , your personal data will be deleted from our databases.

Your personal data will not be subject to automatic data processing. As part of the processing described herein, Delaware Consulting will undertake all appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a safe processing of the personal data under our control. Unless otherwise provided by existing legislation, regulation or court ruling, the access to your personal data will be restricted to those employees who are currently employed by Delaware Consulting and, if applicable, to their subcontractors who need to view and/or use the data for the purposes described above.
