Job Overview

  • Leads the assessment of business and application requirements

  • Drives the development of functional and system specifications

  • Conducts fit/gap analysis
  • Leads business process modelling
  • Configures the software according to business requirements
  • Develops and executes tests to validate the required functionalities
  • Maintains all the necessary documentation
  • Ensures to effectively perform knowledge transfer to clients
  • Leads communication in a team environment with clients and colleagues
  • Provides support for deployment and sustainment as necessary
  • Ensures quality of delivery for self and teammates
  • Helps develop the skills of teammates thru training and/or mentoring
  • Provides assistance on pre-sales activities as necessary

Qualifications

  • 5+ full project lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO functionality.

  • Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points of FICO with other SAP modules

  • Background in SAP Treasury and Risk Management is a plus

  • Strong configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP certified applicants are preferred
  • Applicants who are experienced with Fiori are preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
  • Comprehensive understanding of Record to Report / Record to Manage business processes
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability and willingness to deliver results with an aggressive timeline
  • Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adhere to company processes and practices
  • Should be willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila and/or overseas
