We are seeking a highly qualified SAP Fieldglass Consultant.

An SAP Fieldglass Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions to manage contingent workforces and services procurement. They lead requirements-gathering workshops, configure key modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW), and integrate the platform with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementations (Design → Build → Deploy → Support), configuring core modules like Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Services Procurement/Statement of Work (SOW).

System Integration: Oversee technical data flows, integrating Fieldglass with ERPs (SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and HR platforms (SuccessFactors, Ariba).

Stakeholder Management: Conduct design workshops with procurement, HR, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage defect lifecycles, and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Governance & Compliance: Ensure contingent labor processes adhere to procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years in SAP consulting, with at least 3-5 years specifically in SAP Fieldglass and multiple end-to-end implementations.

Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of timesheet/expense workflows, rate cards, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Technical Skills: Experience with custom reporting, API development, and data mapping.

Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred: Relevant SAP Fieldglass certification.
