- Handle incidents and service requests for CRM clients.

- Translate technical specifications from the development team and relay it to the customer for them to understand.
- Align with offshore counterparts on ways of working and clients to be handled.
- Work on several customer accounts with various industries
At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O as a functional/support Consultant
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Able to translate business processes into functional flows.
- Great understanding on logistics side of business from order to delivery
- Willing to work on an EU shift and adjust accordingly to daylight savings.
- Able to communicate effectively towards client and team and explain technical details in layman’s terms.
