Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incidents and service requests for CRM clients.
  • Develop or maintain codes on the client’s system depending on request raised.
  • Align with offshore counterparts on ways of working and clients to be handled.


  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar role or end-to-end implementation experience for MS Dynamics 365 CRM as a technical resource. Some functional knowledge is a plus.
  •  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  •  Willing to work on an EU shift and adjust accordingly to daylight savings.
  •  Able to communicate effectively towards client and team and explain technical details in layman’s terms.                        
  • .Net, C# and JavaScript
  • WebAPI development a plus
  • Willing to learn if not familiar with MS Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge in SQL Servers, Angular, jQuery or ASP.NET MVC a plus
