Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests for CRM clients.
- Develop or maintain codes on the client’s system depending on request raised.
- Align with offshore counterparts on ways of working and clients to be handled.
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar role or end-to-end implementation experience for MS Dynamics 365 CRM as a technical resource. Some functional knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to work on an EU shift and adjust accordingly to daylight savings.
- Able to communicate effectively towards client and team and explain technical details in layman’s terms.
- WebAPI development a plus
- Willing to learn if not familiar with MS Azure Cloud
- Knowledge in SQL Servers, Angular, jQuery or ASP.NET MVC a plus
