We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Application Support Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS). The role is responsible for providing application management support, resolving complex incidents, delivering enhancements, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of SAP OTC and AFS solutions within a global support environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SAP OTC and AFS-related incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
  • Support end-to-end OTC processes including Customer Master Data, Sales Order Processing, Pricing and Conditions, ATP (Available-to-Promise), Delivery Processing, Shipping and Transportation, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, Returns Management, Intercompany Sales, Consignment Processes, EDI/IDoc Integration.
  • Manage and support AFS-specific functionalities such as Grid Characteristics Management, SKU Management, Size and Color Matrix Management, AFS Master Data, AFS Availability Check, AFS Requirement Allocation, Seasonal Order Processing, Bulk and Assortment Order Management, Allocation Run Monitoring, Fashion Industry-Specific Sales Processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot complex business process issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Gather business requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver system enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, WM/EWM, FICO, PP, and technical teams to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Support testing activities, transport management, release deployments, and post-production validation.
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including significant experience in SAP SD/OTC and SAP AFS support.
  • Proven experience in an Application Management Services (AMS) environment supporting global users.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, apparel, footwear, or retail industry business processes.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, or Jira.
  • Understanding of IDocs, EDI integrations, interfaces, and SAP support processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fashion solutions is mandatory
  • ITIL certification is preferred.

Mandarin speaking is preferred.
