As a Senior SAP Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building integrations between delaware's internal systems and our customers' tooling landscapes. A key focus area is ITSM integrations — connecting customer platforms such as ServiceNow, Topdesk, and Jira to enable seamless ticket synchronization, incident management, and service request flows.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, API Management)
  • Advise customers and internal stakeholders on integration architecture, patterns, and best practices
  • Manage multiple integration projects in parallel, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse system landscapes
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to strengthen the team's capabilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on SAP technologies
  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI), Event Mesh, and SAP API Management
  • Ability to think at architecture level — designing integration landscapes, selecting appropriate patterns, and advising on long-term maintainability
  • Familiarity with common integration protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, JDBC)
  • Experience with mapping and transformation technologies such as XSLT and Groovy

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Topdesk, or Jira
  • Exposure to other SAP modules or third-party SaaS integrations
