delaware Philippines is ONE with the government in safeguarding the health and well-being of its employees and customers during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. We care for you, our colleagues, our environment, our family and friends. You are the core of what we do and why we do what we do today. In times of crisis, we want to take action and do our part to help curb the growing number of cases in the Philippines by minimizing our presence in public areas. Beginning March 11, 2020, we have asked all our employees to work from home and encouraged our clients to do the same.

As part of our next steps, we have mobilized our CARE team composed of Human Resources and delaware Philippines leadership team to help monitor the fast evolving situation. The delaware Care team is also equally responsible for the daily communication on the latest updates to help guide everyone during this crisis.

Our dedication to our people will never be waivered and will keep monitoring each person’s health and wellness. We have instructed everyone to immediately contact a doctor and inform the delaware Philippines Care team in the event that they believe they are exposed to the virus or have developed symptoms themselves.
