As a Senior OpenText Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients manage and optimize their critical information flows in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Whether it's implementing tailored solutions within the OpenText ecosystem or designing innovative content management processes, your contribution will have a direct impact on the success of our organization and our clients.

You will be involved in projects related to OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), OTCS, and OTDS, working with clients across various sectors including finance, government, life sciences, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. These projects often involve managing millions of information flows with significant societal impact.

Your role at delaware

 

  • Configuration, upgrading, and patching of the OpenText Content Server (OTCS) system. 
  • Configuration, deployment, and integration of OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
  • Integration and collaboration with business applications using REST APIs. Incident management for software infrastructure issues. 
  • Supporting operational teams in resolving complex technical problems.
  • Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software bugs. 
  • Leading the creation of high- and low-level designs for solution implementation.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior colleagues and contributing to their development. 
  • Taking ownership of the solutions delivered to clients and ensuring high-quality service.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Work on multiple enterprise-level projects involving digital documents and content management. 
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to discuss and design technical solutions based on functional requirements. 
  • Share your vision on Enterprise Content Management with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support the development of your team through mentorship and technical leadership. 
  • Ensure the implementation of optimal, high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and business goals

 

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies, including Content Server, Archive Center, and xECM (installation and configuration).
  • Strong technical knowledge in: 
    XML, SOA, object-oriented programming, SQL databases, and network architecture. 

    Web services technologies such as SOAP and REST. 

    Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms and associated standards.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM processes, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
  • Proven ability to translate functional requirements into solid technical architecture and designs.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset, able to challenge stakeholders constructively and advise on future-proof solutions.
