Senior Support Azure Engineer

Think support is handling ticket after ticket? Not in this role. As the main point of contact for clients but also the thought leader of your team—your responsibilities go beyond fixing errors when they arrive. You’re one step ahead of them. As an Azure Support Engineer, you make sure our cloud environments run like clockwork while spotting opportunities to make them even better.

Your role at delaware

As someone who has worked on project pitches before—you know the rush of selling an idea. But the rush of being a support engineer hits different. You keep the client satisfied and work closely with project leads to make sure the client’s experience stays as strong post-launch as it was on day one. You’ll be a 2nd and 3rd line support engineer for a steady portfolio of enterprise clients. It’s all about quick wins, clear ownership, and visible results.

 Your work consists of

  • Working the queue – helping both clients and colleagues handle ad-hoc issues.
  • Monitoring and analysing the client’s needs—spotting recurring issues and anticipating them before they escalate.
  • Launching initiatives that make us work smarter and deliver better service across the board.
  • Staying on top of Azure trends and sharing your knowledge through internal sessions, conferences, or events.
  • Shaping delaware’s growing support engineering team and working closely with project consultants to strengthen our end-to-end solutions.
