Application Support & Incident Resolution:
Provide Level 2/3 SAP WM and MM support within an ITIL-governed environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in warehouse operations such as goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, goods issue, and inventory management.
Address MM-related issues including purchase orders, goods movements (MIGO), procurement workflows, and invoice discrepancies.
Perform rootcause analysis and propose sustainable corrective actions.
Ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs and operational priorities.
System Configuration & Enhancements:
Execute configuration changes in SAP WM and MM to support business process improvements.
Manage warehouse structures such as storage types, storage bins, picking strategies, and put-away strategies.
Support enhancements involving movement types, master data, and inventory processes.
Collaborate with ABAP developers to manage custom programs, RF transactions, print forms, and interfaces.
Operational & Business Support:
Provide daily support to warehouse operations teams, material planners, procurement, and inventory control.
Support key business cycles such as month-end and year-end inventory processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces and integration with external systems (e.g., scanners, WMS, logistics partners if applicable).
Testing, Documentation & Training:
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user guides, and documentation for new enhancements.
Conduct SIT and UAT activities; ensure smooth deployment of changes.
Deliver enduser training and workshops, ensuring proper adoption of SAP processes.
Cross-Module & Integration Support:
Work closely with other SAP teams (SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, Basis) to resolve cross-functional issues.
Ensure seamless integration between WM and MM processes, as well as with logistics execution (LE) and inventory management.
