Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive, scalable front-end components using React.js.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance for speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Work closely with international stakeholders to align development with project goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in React and related libraries.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Familiarity with modern build tools and version control (Git).
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment with Hungarian and Belgian teams. 

Shape

Nice-to-Have: 

  • Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Understanding of HR domain or enterprise applications.
