We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Security Analyst / Consultant to manage user access, authorizations, and compliance across SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining secure access models, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to security policies across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other integrated platforms. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams, auditors, and the SAP Basis team to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant system operations. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP user roles and authorizations (PFCG, SU01, SUIM) 
  • Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across SAP systems 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot authorization-related issues and support end users 
  • Collaborate with audit teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are met 
  • Assist in security design for new implementations, enhancements, and upgrades 
  • Maintain documentation for security processes, policies, and audit responses 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of security governance and best practices
