The SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Senior Consultant plays a critical role in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions for procurement and supplier management processes. This position ensures efficient handling of purchasing, invoicing, and vendor collaboration while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role requires deep functional expertise in PTP processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PTP processes in S/4HANA.
  • Configure and optimize procurement workflows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of PTP processes with finance, inventory, and other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in SAP consulting, with strong expertise in PTP processes.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations for procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing, invoicing, and vendor collaboration processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
