We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant specializing in Record to Report (RTR) processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing financial operations through SAP FICO modules, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting and accounting practices.
 

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level support and configuration for SAP FICO modules, particularly focusing on RTR processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and CO.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize SAP functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial transactions and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for end-users.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on RTR processes.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
