Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP PP module implementation and support activities across multiple projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP PP functionalities including BOM, routing, work centers, and MRP.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and supply chain teams to optimize processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and prepare documentation for end-users.
  • Ensure integration of SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, and QM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to production planning.
  • Participate in testing, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP PP module with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • SAP certification in PP module is a plus.
