We are seeking an SAP AMS MM/SD Consultant to join our international SAP team and provide functional and technical support across Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P/MM) processes. In this role, you will work with SAP S/4HANA, supporting and configuring SD and MM functionalities, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve logistics and procurement processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD (OTC) and MM (P2P) processes.
  • Configure and maintain SAP SD and MM functionalities based on business requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA processes across OTC and P2P.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and participate in workshops.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support integrations between SD, MM, and FI.
  • Work with EDI integrations and related processes.
  • Prepare functional documentation and provide user training and ongoing support.
  • Recommend best practices and improvements for SAP SD/MM processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an SAP SD/OTC and mediocre MM/P2P consultant, with hands-on configuration and support of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. 
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including integration between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.  
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud is preferred. 
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with end-user training and documentation. 
  • Knowledge of procurement, logistics execution, and financial processes in SAP. 
  • Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology 
  • Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow, ManageEngine or similar) for ticket management.  

    Preferred Skills 

    Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori apps for procurement and sales, or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). 
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in procurement and sales. 
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
