  • An experienced and motivated integration lead who designs, implements, and manages complex integration solutions using SAP and other technologies.
  • A strong leader who manages a team of internal and external integration developers and ensures the delivery of high-quality and timely solutions.
  • A strategic thinker who contributes to the definition and evolution of the integration architecture and product selection, aligning with the business needs and the IT strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP integration suite and other SAP products, such as SAP Document Service, SAP HANA, etc.
  • Help to streamline our mix of point-to-point, API first and data-centric integration approaches, setting best practices and standards for data quality, governance, security, and performance
  • Manage the integration team, assigning tasks, providing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan and budget
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to understand the integration requirements, define the scope, and deliver the solutions
  • Collaborate with the IT architect to define the integration roadmap and product selection to replace the deprecated components in our current landscape

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in integration, preferably using SAP integration suite and other SAP products
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to understand and translate raw business requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications. This involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather their needs, articulating these requirements clearly, and ensuring that the integration solutions align with the overall business objectives. The ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams is crucial for successful project outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficient in SAP integration suite, including SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Management, etc.
  • Familiar with other SAP products, such as SAP HANA

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Topdesk, or Jira
  • Exposure to other SAP modules or third-party SaaS integrations
