We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect & Delivery Lead to drive solution ownership and lead high-performing teams. This role requires strong leadership to guide senior and junior consultants, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain momentum across complex, distributed teams. You will be accountable for both solution quality and effective team leadership through clear direction, coaching, and structured ways of working.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors delivery across all phases, ensuring high-quality, scalable, business-aligned solutions
  • Act as solution authority, driving consistent design across modules, integrations, data, and testing with full traceability
  • Oversee workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and priorities to maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure cross-stream alignment (integrations, data, security, reporting) and deployment readiness, including testing, training, and support transition
  • Lead distributed onshore and nearshore teams with clear expectations, ownership, and a collaborative, disciplined delivery approach
  • Provide senior guidance on complex issues, coach teams, and foster accountability, early risk escalation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required; additional module certifications preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Proven accountability as Solution Owner or Design Authority
  • Experience leading senior, cross-stream teams in complex delivery environments
  • Advantage: exposure to SAP BTP, integrations, enterprise architecture, security frameworks (IAS/IPS), and distributed/nearshore delivery models
