Roles and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Have an important role in the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce platforms.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle—from presales and design to development, deployment, and user training.
  • Deliver high-quality code (both back-end and front-end).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and mentoring junior developers within the GDC network.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, .NET).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a distributed, multicultural team environment.
