Roles and Responsibilities

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be a key part of our recruitment team and have a real impact on how candidates experience delaware Hungary. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, while also having the freedom to explore creative sourcing approaches and build meaningful connections. 

  • Join recruitment meetings to really get to know our teams, roles, and what they’re looking for  
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve how we approach sourcing 
  • Explore different channels to find and reach out to potential candidates, from LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to social media, referrals, and our own talent pools 
  • Build and look after talent pipelines that support both our current needs and future growth 
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, market mapping) to discover great profiles and hidden protentional candidates 
  • Create a welcoming first experience for candidates and introduce them to delaware Hungary’s culture and values 
  • Review CVs and online profiles to spot great potential matches 
  • Help recruiters with daily recruitment tasks, like tracking candidates, updating the ATS, and keeping data accurate 
  • Keep candidate information up to date so everyone has clear visibility of the pipeline 
  • Get involved in recruitment projects and suggest improvements that make our processes smoother and more candidate experience more enjoyable

What you should bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house) 
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and basic sourcing methods (Boolean search, X-ray);  
  • Interest in the social media trends, creativity to use these sites in sourcing 
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Business, or a related field) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English We use English daily with our colleagues from all over the world. 
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office tools 
  • Proactive, well-organized personality with strong attention to detail. It would not be bad if you were ready to do precise tracking and administration of the candidates and talent pipelines for which we use Excel and SAP Success Factors.
