Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for assigned SAP modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP systems to align with business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and documentation.
  • Train end-users and create support materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP consulting or support.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., IBP, PPQM, MM, SD, FICO).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
