The consultant ensures system stability, resolves application issues, and supports procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulations. The position requires strong technical SAP expertise and an understanding of supply chain processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Support

    • Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA MM module.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement and logistics.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Configuration and Customization

    • Configure and customize SAP MM module for bug fixes or change requests.
    • Implement changes and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Procurement 

    • Manage processes for purchase orders, requisitions, reservations, goods receipts, and inventory management.
  • Collaboration and Communication

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM systems.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Training and Support

    • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM systems.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
    • Ensure high-quality ticket management in ITSM tools.

Qualifications

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years in SAP project or application support, specifically with SAP S/4HANA MM modules.
    • Proven experience in implementing/supporting SAP MM solutions.
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an advantage.
  • Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in SAP MM module and ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Certifications

    • Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
